Can I pay by cheque / postal order?
Yes, we are pleased to accept cheques and / or postal orders. Please print the web page detailing your shopping basket, and send it, complete with your name and address to:

What payment cards do you accept?
We accept most payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express. Place Your order, When order received and confirmed you will receive Google Checkout Invoice or Moneybooker email, Pay Your Invoice at GOOGLE SSL secure payment page. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes. We will send an automatic email confirmation of your order. This will detail your order with a unique order number. It will also confirm the amount to be deducted from your payment card, and the delivery address. If you wish to cancel, or amend the order in any way, please contact us by email, quoting your order number, or by FAX to our office . Please note, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once dispatched.
How are goods delivered?
We use Royal Mail 1st Class for most of our deliveries. For some of our larger items, we use Initial City Link. If the product is in stock, you can expect delivery in approximately 2-7 days (subject to Royal Mail normal service). Some orders will require a signature on delivery. If no one is in, or if the item is too big for your letterbox, the product will be available for collection at your local Post Office. (please note: The Post Office retains undelivered items for a limited period before the item is returned back to us. In this event, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery which will incur a small delivery charge).
Can I return goods?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we will be pleased to change the product, or return your money within 14 days of despatch. Simply, return the new and undamaged product, with intact packaging and proof of purchase to us with a brief explanation and we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer you a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover your return postage costs. Please allow up to 30 days for the processing of refunds. Company complies with the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
What if the goods are damaged / faulty?
All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our Boot Liners and Seat Covers are guaranteed for an even longer period as listed on the product description. We will be happy to Exchange any faulty products within the Guarantee period if the item is returned to us with proof of purchase and a brief explanation. Please contact us by email or FAX before returning any products to us. Unfortunately, we do not cover your return postage costs.
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
Generally, items are available from stock and delivered immediately. Please allow approximately 2-7 days for the Royal Mail to deliver to you. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you, and advise an estimated delivery date.
Are the products we sell road legal?
Company sells worldwide and therefore we are unable to guarantee the legality of our products. We do not accept liability for any legal action taken against you, and we strongly recommend that you check with the relevant authorities prior to fitment. If we feel any of our products may cause a problem we advise of this in the product text.

Do you Mail to Europe / Worldwide?
We are happy to post items to Europe and Worldwide but we must charge postage on these items. Our rate is £2.00 per delivery for Europe and £8.00 per delivery worldwide.
Are my personal details safe?
We use Secure Trading to process payments on the Care4car website. Secure Trading is the UK's leading independent Internet payment service provider and they use the latest technology to encrypt your personal data on their secure server. The Secure Trading payment system is also compatable with 3d secure, which enables you to enter your card PIN password to verify your purchase. Company does not store customer payment card details and we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. From time to time, we may email you with marketing offers from Company. You are free to unsubscribe from these at anytime by contacting us or replying to the email. We do not pass on your details to third parties.
