UK-TUNING uses only qualified personnel, some of them used to work for the the aircraft factory nearby, with a lot of experience with fiberglass work.
A mould is needed to start the production. This mould is handmade using the prototype. Sometimes this takes quite some days, to guarantee a perfect fitment and quality. Cheap products mostly are the result of cheap and quickly made moulds, and that is just NOT what we are looking for.

| |  Production endproducts:When the mould is ready, the actual production can start. First the mould will be provide with gelcoat. All UK-TUNING products are handmade with at least 3 layers of fiberglass. Every layer is put in manually, en rolled with special resin. When the resin is dry the product will be finished by shaving/sanding the details. When a product is approved by the manager it will be labelled and packed, ready for storage or transport. | | Prototyping:After a design has been approved, the actual production of the prototype is started. We always use the original car, undamaged, to make sure we will make a perfect fitting part. The original bumper will be cut, and the upper side will be used for the prototype. This way we can make sure the mounting points are identical to stock bumpers. We use fiberglass to make the design to the bumper.
